Open to middle and high school age divers in preparation for mastering the high school diving list requirements. The classes will be intended to prepare divers for high school tryouts as well as mastering the skills that the divers may not have the time or resources at their high school practices. The majority of high school practices will be on the 1 meter board. Divers will have the opportunity to utilize additional equipment intended to benefit their progression on the one meter board.
